We currently ship fresh fruit exclusively to residential and commercial addresses within California. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other states, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders with shipping addresses outside California cannot be processed.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within California. No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated on our website.

Order Processing

To ensure optimal freshness, all fruit is harvested to order and shipped Monday through Wednesday. This schedule helps minimize transit time and ensures your fruit arrives in the best possible condition.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier schedule. Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Because our products are perishable, we recommend that someone be available to receive the package and that the fruit be stored appropriately upon delivery.

Freshness Commitment

We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our fruit. Every order is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

While minor cosmetic variations are natural for fresh produce, we strive to deliver fruit in excellent condition and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Delays

Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Damaged or Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the fruit received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the fruit and packaging

We will review each claim individually and, when appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
