Fresh Produce
Because our products are fresh, perishable fruits, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
We take great care in selecting, packing, and shipping our fruit to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returned items cannot be resold or redistributed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or damaged due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Failure to retrieve or properly store the package after delivery
- Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
